Tuesday and Wednesday, 25 and 26 July 2017. Emperors Palace, Ekurhuleni, South Africa.
Exhibition space at the SA GeoTech 2017 conference and exhibition is filling up quickly, with only ten stands left. A platform for showcasing geomatics technologies, tools, skills and services, SA GeoTech 2017 takes place on 25 and 26 July 2017 at Emperors Palace in Ekurhuleni, Gauteng. The conference is hosted by EE Publishers, and PositionIT is the media partner for this event.
SA GeoTech 2017 aims to enhance the geo-intelligence skills of delegates with the intention of providing their organisations with strategic management insights, enhanced performance and efficiency, and added business value. The theme of the event is: “Showcasing geospatial technologies for precision, planning and performance.” Delegates from across the economic spectrum have been invited to attend SA GeoTech 2017.
Aciel Geomatics and VI Instruments have signed on as equal sponsors for the event, and some of the exhibitors include Autobuild Africa, CHC Navigation, EPA Survey, Maptek, Midcomp and ProtSurv. Space is very limited at SA GeoTech 2017 and already over 70% of stands have been sold. Bookings need to be made now to avoid disappointment.
There are 3 x 3 m booths available, which can be booked as single booths or as blocks of two at R11 000 + VAT per booth. To ensure inclusivity for start-ups and those with tighter budgets, there are also 1,5 x 3 m booths available which can be booked for R7000 + VAT per booth.
Each booth booking includes one shell scheme stand; a 220 V AC single phase power point; lighting; an exhibitor’s manual; facia with signage; standard Emperors Palace carpeting; and exhibitor parking. The exhibition hall includes the catering stations, and leads straight into the conference presentation room, so foot traffic throughout the hall is guaranteed.
Complete Exhibitions (CompEx) have been brought on board to ensure a professional booth set-up. Arrangements can be made at no extra cost should exhibitors require trestle tables and chairs. Additional items such as furniture, posters, screens and non-standard carpeting can be ordered from CompEx’s extensive catalogue.
The standard delegate fee for SA GeoTech 2017 is R2995 + VAT per person, but exhibitor staff can enjoy the benefit of getting conference passes at the reduced price of R1600 + VAT. This fee includes full hospitality, a delegate bag, full conference entry, and entry into conference social events.
